Do you subcontract your window installers?

No. All of our window installations are completed by our in-house team, with over 90 years of combined experience. This allows us to maintain strict quality standards and ensures every project is completed to our high level of workmanship.

Energy Star is a program administered by Natural Resources Canada that certifies energy-efficient windows and doors. Do you install windows and doors during the winter?

Yes. Our team of installers works year-round, including during the winter months. We take the necessary precautions to ensure a proper installation and minimize heat loss during the process.

Does Howald Windows & Doors do repairs?

Yes! We have a full-service repair shop located at 400 Mill Street in Kitchener. Our shop is stocked with a variety of replacement parts, including casement window cranks and clips, patio door wheels and handles, window locks, and more. We also rescreen windows and patio screen doors in-house, just drop it off and we'll do the rest!
